ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Brash Apps – a division of Lincoln Labs, Inc. – builds high-impact productivity tools used across the Google Workspace Marketplace. We are hiring a Product Manager / Product Owner to take full ownership of three core SaaS/AI products: AwesomeFiles, GPT for Google Forms, and QR Code for Google Forms. This role owns product strategy, roadmap, execution, and market presence end to end.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for all BrashApps products.

  • Manage and improve marketplace listings in the Google Workspace Marketplace and lead expansion into Microsoft AppSource.

  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback into clear product requirements, specs, and backlog items.

  • Draft PRDs and manage sprint cycles with developers, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.

  • Oversee QA, release management, version notes, and change-log updates.

  • Improve star ratings, review velocity, and user sentiment through structured feedback programs.

  • Build automated processes for collecting feature requests, tracking issues, and closing the loop with customers.

  • Handle all customer communication: announcements, support interactions, surveys, newsletters, and product updates.

  • Produce product education content such as how-to videos, onboarding guides, and feature highlight pieces.

  • Lead product marketing initiatives that drive acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.

  • Track competitive landscape, pricing, marketplace changes, and category trends.

  • Use advanced AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, copywriting, customer insights, and workflow automation.

  • Operate as the end-to-end owner responsible for growth, quality, and performance of the BrashApps portfolio.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Multiple years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Product Marketing.

  • Experience with SaaS, productivity tools, or AI-driven software.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage full product lifecycles in a small, fast-moving environment.

  • Ability to gather customer insights, convert them into actionable requirements, and ship improvements quickly.

  • Strong familiarity with marketplace-based distribution (Google Workspace Marketplace or Microsoft AppSource).

  • Experience collaborating directly with developers and designers to scope and deliver updates.

  • Strong communication, documentation, and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to self-manage, operate autonomously, and take complete ownership of outcomes.

  • Comfortable using emerging AI tools to enhance productivity, analysis, and content creation.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS?

  • Experience publishing or managing apps in the Google Workspace Marketplace or Microsoft AppSource.

  • Background in growth marketing for SaaS products.

  • Familiarity with support tools, CRM systems, automation platforms, and analytics dashboards.

  • Video or screen-recording experience for product education content.
