WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Communicate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and find the best match

Select IT specialists of middle/senior level (Frontend/Fullstack/Backend/QA, etc.)

Lead candidates at all stages of selection

Coordinate onboarding of new employees and assist with adaptation

Optimize and improve the hiring process

Participate in other HR projects (HR branding, event organization, training, etc.)
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Experience in recruiting from 3 years
-
Experience in searching for specialists in different sources (hh, LinkedIn, Github, thematic chats/forums, etc.).

Great communication skills
-
Knowledge of English from Upper-Intermediate level
12:00 – 21:00 Tashkent time
