ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

As a Customer Support / Product Manager Assistant at Apps Do Wonders, you’ll be the frontline voice for our users while learning the fundamentals of product management. You’ll provide email-based support, bridge communication between customers and our development team, and contribute to product strategy and improvement initiatives.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email with professionalism and clarity

  • Document and communicate customer issues to the development team and collaborate on resolutions

  • Maintain and continuously improve product documentation based on user feedback

  • Analyze and enhance our AI support agent’s responses to improve customer experience

  • Support the Product Manager with various tasks including writing user stories, conducting research, and performing data analytics

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Excellent written communication skills in English

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Eagerness to learn about both customer support and product management

  • Basic analytical skills and comfort with data
