It is an end-to-end vertical softwareplatform for small, medium-sized trades contractors. They have a simple mission: Make Contractors Heroes. their provides web and mobile applications for small business contractors to estimate, invoice, record, and process payments, and manage projects from anywhere. Now helping over 1 million contractors across North America, the UK, and Australia, making us one of the largest trades platforms in the world, and we have major growth planned!

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 4 years of professional industry experience working in SDET roles with agile product development teams

• Experience with modern testing tools and frameworks, including BrowserStack, WebdriverIO, Appium, Playwright, and more. Skilled in full-stack test automation across Web, Mobile, and API layers, with a focus on building scalable and reliable quality solutions.

• Knowledge or understanding of iOS, Android ecosystem

• Knowledge of and experience working with CI systems such as Jenkins, CircleCI, Github actions etc.

• Experience in performing detailed root cause analysis up and down the software stack using a variety of debugging tools

• The ability to communicate clearly and concisely about deeply technical topics in an easy-to-understand way

• Ability to unblock themselves and others by asking the right questions and effectively collaborating with all stakeholders (Product, Design, Customer Support, and others)

• You can deal with ambiguity and are experienced in helping to generate refined acceptance criteria for development work

ARE THERE ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS?

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code for use in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Heroku or GCP

• Experience doing Accessibility testing

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or in a similar field. While not a requirement, it helps to have a common baseline of understanding of CS principles when working with other technical people
