Our client is building an AI-powered platform that enables educators, coaches, authors, and entrepreneurs to create and monetize digital content—courses, eBooks, audiobooks, and guides—in under 60 seconds. With over 10,000 users and more than 50,000 courses created, the mission is to revolutionize digital education by making content creation fast, intuitive, and accessible. As an early-stage company, the team is laser-focused on bringing their initial product to market.As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you’ll be instrumental in building and refining their core product. You’ll collaborate closely with the founding team to develop scalable, user-friendly features that enhance their AI-driven content creation platform.This role demands adaptability, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic startup environment.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

  • Translate ambiguous or high-level requirements into actionable development tasks, proactively seeking clarification when needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

  • Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of web applications.

  • Implement robust security and data protection practices.

  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest process or tech stack improvements.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

  • Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js).

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud, and CI/CD pipeline setup.

  • Strong knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL database systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

ARE THERE ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS?

  • Experience integrating AI/ML features into web applications.

  • Familiarity with content creation platforms or e-learning tools.

  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.

At least 4 hours overlap availability with EST
