ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
As a Product Owner, you will work on our core talent hiring and Employer-of-Record (EOR) platform, which helps international companies hire, onboard, and manage full-time employees across multiple countries.The product covers the full hiring and employment lifecycle — from job creation and candidate pipelines to offers, onboarding, payroll cost visibility, time off, and employee management. It is used daily by recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and company admins to make cross-border hiring simple, transparent, and compliant.In this role, you will own discovery and delivery across key product areas, working closely with engineering, marketing, and stakeholders. You’ll turn real customer and business problems into clear product solutions, plan releases, and ensure features deliver measurable value once shipped.This is a hands-on Product Owner role with strong ownership: you’ll shape what we build, why we build it, and how it’s delivered.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Lead product discovery through customer interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and market research

Translate customer problems, stakeholder input, and business needs into clear product opportunities

Own product prioritization and maintain a clear, outcome-driven product roadmap

Convert stakeholder ideas and requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring items are well-defined and ready for delivery

Serve as the Scrum Product Owner, driving sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and delivery discipline

Plan and coordinate product releases, including scope, timing, dependencies, and stakeholder communication

Collaborate closely with design to shape intuitive, high-quality user experiences

Partner with engineering to balance speed, quality, and technical constraints

Provide regular product reports to stakeholders, covering progress, risks, learnings, and outcomes

Track feature adoption, usage, and success metrics, iterating based on real-world data

Work with marketing on product launches, feature positioning, and messaging
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a software product environment

Strong experience with product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap execution

Solid understanding of Scrum and agile product delivery practices

Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with confidence in stakeholder-facing discussions

Ability to clearly translate ideas and requirements into structured epics, user stories, and actionable backlog items

Minimum technical understanding of modern software systems

Strong collaboration skills across design, engineering, marketing, and business teams

Data-informed mindset with experience using analytics to guide product decisions
ARE THERE ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS?

Hands-on experience with product analytics or experimentation tools

Background in B2B SaaS or complex workflow-based products

Experience collaborating on go-to-market planning or feature launches

Deeper technical background or prior experience working closely with engineering teams
