Lincoln Labs develops AI-powered productivity and workflow tools used by millions of users and organizations worldwide, with distributed R&D teams across the U.S., Europe, and Central Asia.At Brash Apps, we create Google Workspace productivity tools with over 3 million users across our flagship products — Awesome Files, GPT for Google Forms, and QR Code for Google Forms. We’re a small, fast-moving product team where ideas quickly turn into shipped features.This starts as a hands-on operational role. As you grow, you’ll move into customer development and user research, creating backlog items and prioritizing features, working directly with developers on new features and updates, and eventually full product ownership as a Product Owner or Product Manager.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Manage and optimize product listings in Google Workspace Marketplace (screenshots, descriptions, keywords).

  • Handle customer support and keep response times under 24 hours.

  • Collect and track product metrics: installs, retention, ratings.

  • Run email campaigns and user outreach.

  • Audit and improve the website and product documentation.

  • Work on improving ratings through structured feedback and outreach to users.

  • Create product education content like guides and how-to articles.

  • Monitor competitors and marketplace trends.

  • Coordinate with the development team to support timely delivery of product features.

  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

  • Support research and definition of product features and help track their success using product metrics.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Available to start part-time (20 hours/week, fixed schedule ~15:00 to 19:00 UZT) with a transition to full-time.

  • Good written English for working correspondence and documentation.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables.

  • Ability to work independently and asynchronously.

  • Basic understanding of SaaS metrics, Google analytics or willingness to learn quickly.

  • Comfortable using AI tools in daily work.

  • No conflicting studies or other employment.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS?

  • Experience with Google Workspace, Chrome extensions, or app marketplaces.

  • Russian language knowledge is a strong plus.

  • Customer support or community management background.

  • Familiarity with Jira, analytics, or email marketing tools.

  • Content creation experience (video, guides, tutorials).
