ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Civille is seeking an SEO Specialist to support the growth and performance of our law firm clients. This role focuses on improving search visibility through a combination of technical SEO audits, backlink development, and content optimization, in addition to one-off SEO tasks, including content writing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working across multiple SEO tools and platforms, and eager to stay current with evolving search trends, including AI-driven search results and Google AI Overviews.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Local Listings & Citations

Help claim and maintain accurate business listings across key platforms and directories to strengthen local search visibility and trust signals. This includes managing profiles on platforms such as Google Business Profile, legal directories, professional listings, and other citation sources.

Backlink Development

Assist with identifying and securing quality backlink opportunities for client websites, including directory listings, sponsorships, referral partner websites, and other relevant industry sources.

SEO Audits & Optimization

Conduct routine SEO audits to identify opportunities for improving search performance. This includes reviewing site structure, technical SEO issues, on-page elements, and overall optimization opportunities.

Content Development

Support the creation and optimization of SEO-driven content for law firm websites, including:

  • Long-form service and location pages

  • Blog articles

SEO Monitoring & Strategy Support

Track keyword performance, monitor organic traffic trends, and stay up to date on emerging SEO developments. This includes monitoring algorithm updates, AI search changes, and new opportunities to improve client visibility.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Deep knowledge of WordPress CMS 

  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics

  • Working knowledge of schema

  • Familiarity with local SEO and citation management

  • Ability to manage multiple client projects and tasks

  • Interest in digital marketing and legal industry SEO

  • Strong writing and editing skills for SEO content

12:00-21:00 Tashkent time
