WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET (C#) on the backend and React on the frontend.

  • Understanding and application of Object-Oriented Design principles.

  • Experience with AI and automation tools to enhance software development processes and deliver more efficient, high-quality solutions.

  • Application of design patterns.

  • Work as part of a team delivering software solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with the construction of complex engineering solutions and knowledge of software development methodologies.

  • Partner with product, infrastructure, DevOps, architecture, and engineering to guide an initiative’s technical direction.

  • Engage in tribe-level ceremonies, including planning, grooming, product demonstrations, and retrospectives.

  • Assist in enabling and maintaining the continuous delivery pipeline and exhibit a DevOps mindset to enable autonomy of agile scrum teams.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize.

  • Resilient through change.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A candidate with around 4 years of experience should be able to:

  • Independently develop features end-to-end using .NET and React.

  • Understand system design decisions and contribute to technical discussions.

  • Apply OOP principles and design patterns without supervision.

  • Work comfortably in Agile teams.

  • Use CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.

  • Leverage AI tools to improve productivity.

  • Require minimal day-to-day guidance, while still being mentored on larger architectural decisions.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS?

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Knowledge of Terraform, Azure DevOps, or similar infrastructure automation tools.

  • Exposure to serverless computing (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda).

Work overlaps 3-4H PST timezone
