ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
We are the creators of a leading AI-powered add-in for Microsoft PowerPoint that allows users to instantly create complete presentations using ChatGPT. Users can select a topic and a presentation template to generate professional decks with ease. Currently, we offer 10 unique templates with over 50 different slide layouts. We are seeking a highly skilled Presentation Design Expert or Agency to help us take our templates and presentation quality to the next level.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Template Expansion:
– Improve and expand our existing templates by creating multiple variations for each slide type (e.g., different styles for title slides, content slides, comparison slides, image-focused slides, etc.).
Quality Improvement:
– Review and enhance the visual quality, balance of text and images, typography, color schemes, and overall structure across all templates.
Consistency & Branding:
– Ensure that all slide layouts are cohesive, visually consistent, and align with modern professional design trends.
Usability Optimization:
– Create templates that are flexible, easy to customize, and work well for AI-generated content.
Asset Sourcing:
– Suggest or source appropriate placeholder images, icons, or other graphic elements where needed.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
– Proven experience designing high-quality PowerPoint templates and layouts.
– Strong understanding of presentation structure, storytelling, and visual communication principles.
– Expertise in typography, color theory, and image selection for business presentations.
– Ability to design for flexibility (placeholders, text boxes, adjustable layouts) to accommodate AI-generated content.
– Familiarity with corporate presentation needs across various industries is a plus.
– High attention to detail and a portfolio demonstrating diverse presentation styles.
– Optional but preferred: Experience working with SaaS companies or AI-driven content applications.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS?
Deliverables:
– Improved versions of current templates (visual and functional upgrades).
– Additional layout variations for each slide type (3-5 versions per common slide type).
– Organized and layered PowerPoint (.pptx) files, following our naming and organization standards.
– Style guide or notes for template usage if needed.
