ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
Apps Do Wonders is an AI-powered SaaS company creating intelligent add-ins for Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. We help users supercharge their productivity with AI-assisted content creation, formatting, and data manipulation. As we expand our capabilities, we’re looking for a skilled AI Specialist to lead the development and optimization of our prompt strategies and contribute to fine-tuning custom LLMs.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
We are seeking an AI Specialist with strong experience in prompt engineering and LLM development. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to design, test, and optimize prompts for various use cases across our Office add-ins. Beyond prompt design, you will also contribute to fine-tuning, evaluating, and possibly training custom AI models to meet product-specific goals.

Design, refine, and evaluate prompts for OpenAI and other LLMs.

Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand feature requirements and translate them into effective AI interactions.

Conduct user feedback analysis to continuously improve prompt performance and output quality.

Fine-tune LLMs using domain-specific data to align with our product goals.

Build evaluation pipelines for prompt and model performance.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

2+ years of hands-on experience working with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Mistral, or similar.

Proven experience in prompt engineering and designing instruction sets for real-world applications.

Familiarity with tools and libraries for fine-tuning (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LoRA, PEFT).

Solid understanding of NLP techniques and model evaluation metrics.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS?

Conversational level of Russian is essential, because the team is russian-speaking.
