IT Recruiter FOR HIRE

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Truss helps companies hire & onboard employees globally. Using our local entities around the world – Truss compliantly hires on our clients’ behalf, manages global payroll, and makes growing internationally frictionless.

What will you work on?

Communicate closely with our clients to understand their requirements and find the best match
Select IT specialists of middle/senior level (Frontend/Fullstack/Backend/Mobile Developer, DevOps, etc.)
Lead candidates at all stages of selection
Coordinate onboarding of new employees and assist with adaptation
Optimize and improve the hiring process
Participate in other HR projects (HR branding, event organization, training, etc.)

What skills and experience are we looking for?

Experience in recruiting IT specialists from 1 year
Experience in searching for specialists in different sources (hh, LinkedIn, Github, thematic chats/forums, etc.).
Great communication skills
Knowledge of English at a conversational level: you will communicate with team members and clients from the US as well as conduct interviews in English
