ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Truss helps companies hire & onboard employees globally. Using our local entities around the world – Truss compliantly hires on our clients’ behalf, manages global payroll, and makes growing internationally frictionless.

What will you work on?

  • Communicate closely with our clients to understand their requirements and find the best match
  • Select IT specialists of middle/senior level (Frontend/Fullstack/Backend/Mobile Developer, DevOps, etc.)
  • Lead candidates at all stages of selection
  • Coordinate onboarding of new employees and assist with adaptation
  • Optimize and improve the hiring process
  • Participate in other HR projects (HR branding, event organization, training, etc.)

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • Experience in recruiting IT specialists from 1 year
  • Experience in searching for specialists in different sources (hh, LinkedIn, Github, thematic chats/forums, etc.).
  • Great communication skills
  • Knowledge of English at a conversational level: you will communicate with team members and clients from the US as well as conduct interviews in English
