Trusted by startups and enterprises alike, the company uses Generative AI and AI Automation to optimize productivity, streamline revenue operations, and drive sustainable growth.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

This is a hands-on builder role. You will use AI tools, low-code platforms, and lightweight scripting to create workflows, automations, and internal tools that solve real business problems for Skaled’s clients. You don’t need a traditional engineering background. What matters is that you’ve actually built things, not just talked about them.

You’ll work alongside an AI Strategist who defines what needs to be built and why. Your job is to make it real: prototype fast, connect systems, and deliver working solutions that clients can use immediately.

What You’ll Do

● Build AI-powered workflows and automations using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier

● Connect systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google Sheets, Gong, and email platforms using APIs and webhooks

● Use LLMs (Claude, OpenAI) to create assistants, data transformations, and prompt-driven workflows

● Prototype quickly, test with real data, and iterate based on client and team feedback

● Turn messy business requirements into simple, working solutions

● Document what you build clearly enough that others can maintain and extend it

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

● 1–3 years of experience building automations, workflows, or internal tools. Professional, freelance, or substantial side-project experience all count.

● Hands-on experience with at least one low-code/no-code platform (n8n, Make, Zapier) you’ve built real workflows, not just watched tutorials.

● Demonstrated use of LLMs and AI tools in real workflows, not just basic prompting for emails or content. You should be able to describe specific problems you solved, tools you integrated, or processes you automated using AI.

● Comfortable working with APIs and webhooks to connect systems.

● Strong problem-solving instincts and ability to work from an incomplete direction.

Tools You’ll Likely Use

n8n • Make • Zapier • Claude • OpenAI • Salesforce / HubSpot • Google Sheets • Slack • Gong • APIs and webhooks

ARE THERE ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS?

● Basic scripting ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar) enough to transform data or extend a workflow when low-code hits a wall.

● Working knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot and the broader go-to-market tech stack (Gong, Outreach, marketing automation tools). Since this role has a clear path to AI Engineer, candidates who already understand sales and marketing operations workflows will ramp faster and are strongly preferred.

● Experience building for clients or external stakeholders, not just internal teams.

● Exposure to prompt engineering beyond surface-level use.

What We Don’t Need

● A formal computer science degree.

● Deep expertise in machine learning or data science.

● Years of traditional software engineering experience.

● Someone who prefers long planning cycles over shipping fast.
