Voice AI Agents
Case Orchestration — Durable workflow automation engine with AI
Document Intelligence — LLM pipeline processing faxed records, handwritten notes, PDF bills.
Command Center — role-based multi-tenant views, Postgres RLS.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
2+ years shipping at an early-stage startup, strong across the full stack (Python, Backend, Postgres)
Built event-driven systems, async job orchestration and workflow engines in scalable production
Production LLM integration — structured extraction, not chat wrappers
Telephony experience in scale (Twilio, ElevenLabs)
HIPAA-aware: encryption and etc
Hustler and mission driven
