Junior Fullstack Developer (React/React Native/Node) for Hire
Locations
ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
Our client is building the marketplace for physical advertising. Their platform enables businesses to discover, book, and manage digital advertising space through modern web and mobile applications, backed by proprietary audience analytics and in-house sensing technology.
They’re looking for their first engineering hire — a junior full-stack engineer who’s excited to build real, end-to-end products — from web and mobile apps to the systems behind them — and to learn fast working directly alongside the founder.
This is a hands-on, high-growth role for someone early in their career who wants exposure to a full product stack — not just one slice of it.
You’ll work across the frontend and backend, helping build and ship features for both the web platform and mobile app, with the opportunity to get exposure to the broader ecosystem — including IoT integrations and Smart TV applications — as the team and product grow.
We’re not looking for someone who already knows everything. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, eager to learn, and wants to grow into an engineer who can own a feature from idea to production — with support and mentorship along the way.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Build and maintain features across the web platform (React) and mobile app (React Native)
Develop and support backend services and APIs (Node.js)
Work closely with the founder to learn best practices in architecture, testing, and deployment
Help debug, test, and improve the reliability of existing features
Participate in code reviews, standups, and product discussions — your input matters, regardless of seniority
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Solid foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript
Hands-on experience (school, personal, internship, or professional projects) with React
Some exposure to React Native and/or Node.js
Understanding of how frontend and backend talk to each other (REST APIs, basic data flow)
Genuine curiosity about how full products are built — you like understanding the “why,” not just the “how”
Strong communication skills — comfortable asking questions and flagging when you’re stuck
Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows
ARE THERE ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS?
Any exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
Interest in hardware, IoT, or embedded systems — no experience required, just curiosity
Personal projects, hackathon work, or open-source contributions you’re proud of
18:00-22:00, 5/2, UTC+5
