ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team. The Product Analyst will be responsible for researching and triaging reported high priority issues, acting as a subject matter expert on how our products work, working with Product Manage on prioritizing confirmed defects for the product development teams, and providing recommendations for the product roadmap.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

– Research and triage reported high priority issues that were not able to be handled by 1st or 2nd tier support

– Prioritize any confirmed defects for the engineering team

– Act as a subject matter expert on how our products work

– Provide recommendations to the Product team on the product roadmap

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field

– 2+ years of experience in Product Management Analysis, preferably in the legal and/or bookkeeping/accounting software industry

– Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

– Excellent analytical skills with emphasis on investigation and research

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service emphasis

– Strong organization and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines

– Open to learning and adapting to ongoing changes and new processes

– Experience with the MS Office Suite

– Experience with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce and/  or Zendesk

– Agile SDLC experience a plus

  • You should be able to work at least 4-5 hours in the US timezone (from 9:00 to 17:00 CST).
