Apps Do Wonders invites ambitious Product Owners who are ready to participate in the creation of innovative extensions for Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint based on artificial intelligence (OpenAI, ChatGPT).

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Customer Support:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.
  • Facilitate product adoption by providing necessary guidance to customers.
  • Develop informative training videos to enhance user experience.
  • Create comprehensive help articles to assist users in navigating the product.

Product Development:

  • Define clear and concise product requirements.
  • Assist in product testing and oversee product releases to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Conduct product usage analysis and create insightful dashboards using tools like Grafana and Google Analytics.
  • Undertake research and data gathering to inform product development decisions.

Marketing:

  • Ensure the product website is current and accurately reflects the product offerings.
  • Create engaging articles and blog posts for the website to drive product awareness and engagement.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 2-3 years of product management experience, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI technologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to work.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
