We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our marketing efforts.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Email Marketing
- Assist in creating and sending email campaigns to engage our audience
- Help manage and improve email automation tools
Content Creation
- Support in creating short-form video content (TikTok/Instagram) and training materials
- Help brainstorm and produce creative ideas for marketing campaigns
Social Media Support
- Assist with managing social media accounts (scheduling posts, responding to comments)
- Research trends and suggest ways to grow engagement
General Marketing Support
- Conduct market research to support campaigns
- Help manage and update marketing tools and platforms
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Fluent English and Russian (both written and spoken)
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Creative mindset and attention to detail
- No prior experience needed, but any exposure to marketing, content creation, or digital tools is a plus
ARE THERE ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS?
The working hours are from 12pm till 9pm Tashkent time
