Apps Do Wonders is a fast-growing start-up company that focuses on developing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint add-ins to help users enhance their productivity and efficiency. We are seeking a Software Tester to join our team and learn and develop their skills in software testing.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Responsibilities:
– Assist in developing and maintaining a test case library for Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint add-ins
– Work closely with the development team to understand project requirements and provide input on testing strategies
– Conduct testing of new features and functionality to identify bugs and issues
– Learn and perform smoke testing of software builds to ensure basic functionality and stability
– Document and report defects to the development team and assist in verifying fixes
– Support in preparing software releases by testing features for functionality
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Qualifications:
– Experience with manual testing, including smoke/regression/acceptance/integration
– Eagerness to learn about testing tools and methodologies, in the future work with test automation
– Knowledge of the Russian language: the team is russian-speaking, the interview is also in Russian
