As search continues to evolve with AI and shifting user behavior, we’re looking for a driven PPC expert to help us advance our marketing programs.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who’s fluent in PPC – someone who loves finding data-driven insights, improving campaign performance, and staying ahead of digital marketing trends. This is a hands-on role that supports Civille’s law firm clients with ongoing search optimization and advertising management.

You’ll collaborate with our account and content teams to ensure each client’s digital presence is optimized for both traditional and AI-driven search visibility.

  • Optimize client websites for local GEO targeting, improving rankings across Google and other search engines.

  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms like TikTok.

  • Identify link-building and citation opportunities to strengthen site authority and visibility.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits for ongoing campaign improvement.

  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Stay up to date with AI search evolution, platform updates, and new strategies to enhance our SEO and PPC offerings.

  • Bring forward new ideas, testing opportunities, and ways to improve client ROI.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 3+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns.

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, and awareness of emerging platforms.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and more.

  • PPC and/or SEO certifications strongly preferred (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Availability to work from 13:00 to 22:00 (Tashkent time).

ARE THERE ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS?

  • Experience in agency environments and/or with law firm marketing a plus.

  • Experience or knowledge of SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush.

  • Understanding of current SEO trends, including visibility in AI Overviews and LLMs.
