ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Our client is a startup developing analytics software for small to medium-sized manufacturers. Our mission is to bring accessible, insightful data tools to an industry that’s traditionally underserved. We are a bootstrapped, pre-revenue startup preparing for our first customer deployment. We’re currently rolling out our first product and are looking for a talented front-end developer to help bring it to life.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You’ll join as a front-end developer to lead the rebuild of our Next.js-based dashboard application. You’ll work closely with the founder (who handles back-end development) to create a highly modular, user-friendly interface that can scale and evolve as client needs grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build a new front-end application using Next.js, focused on data dashboards and analytics.

  • Create robust, reusable components for charts and visualizations.

  • Integrate with our existing API to display data in meaningful ways.

  • Implement user management features (login, authentication, profile management).

  • Partner closely with the company’s founder and back-end engineer to achieve smooth system integration.

  • Ensure the app is modular and scalable for future growth and customizations.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Proven experience in Next.js and modern front-end frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of data visualization libraries (e.g., Chart.js, D3.js, or similar).

  • Familiarity with user authentication (OAuth 2.0, etc.).

  • Ability to collaborate directly with founders and work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

  • Experience working with spreadsheets, raw data, or data cleansing tasks.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS?

  • Bonus: experience with manufacturing software or logistics/analytics platforms.

  • Strong English communication skills.
