WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Finding and hiring talented IT specialists (Frontend, Backend, Fullstack, Mobile, DevOps and more)

Guiding candidates through the full hiring journey from first chat to first day at work

Helping new hires onboard and feel at home in the team

Making our hiring process faster and better

Supporting HR projects: employer branding, events and more

Helping out with office-related tasks 1-2 times a week (vendors, logistics, small ops stuff)
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Has 1+ year of IT recruitment experience (in-house or agency)

Knows how to find candidates across different platforms (hh, LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, etc.)

Is a great communicator and proactive by nature

Speaks conversational English (you’ll chat with US colleagues, clients, and interview in English)
12:00 – 21:00 Tashkent time (8-hour workday with flexible start time)
