WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
The RevOps Admin is a tactical, hands-on role responsible for executing key operational tasks that support sales and marketing technology systems. This position provides direct assistance to the Revenue Operations team, maintaining data quality, supporting tool configurations, and ensuring timely resolution of system-related requests.

Execute tactical work on strategic go-to-market (GTM) projects, such as sales enablement tool transitions and campaign setup support.

Assist with tool configuration updates across HubSpot, Salesforce, and other sales and marketing platforms.

Update and manage email templates, sequences, lead routing rules, and assignment logic.

Serve as first-line support for the SalesOps help desk, triaging tickets and escalating issues as needed.

Support documentation and process standardization efforts (SOPs, workflows).

Collaborate with senior RevOps team members to ensure consistent data flow, campaign accuracy, and user adoption of systems.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

1–2 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or related role.

Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
