ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Our client is a US-based company operating in the logistics industry. They are developing an innovative Transportation Management Software designed to optimize operations across the entire freight network.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the brand’s voice and visibility online.

  • Plan, create, and execute comprehensive SEO-driven content and social media strategies to increase engagement, grow online presence, and strengthen brand awareness.

  • Own and manage the company’s presence across key platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter)).

  • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with SEO goals, marketing campaigns, and product launches.

  • Write engaging, keyword-optimized copy tailored to each platform and audience, following best practices for tone, timing, and format.

  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce visuals, carousels, infographics, and short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.) optimized for engagement and organic reach.

  • Use social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar) to plan, schedule, and monitor content performance.

  • Engage actively with followers, respond to comments and messages to build community and enhance brand trust.

  • Stay updated on SEO and social media trends, algorithms, and emerging content formats such as Reels, Threads, and AI-generated search features.

  • Track and analyze organic performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, traffic) using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and SEMrush to refine strategy and report insights.

  • Collaborate closely with SEO and content marketing teams to ensure all published materials contribute to higher visibility, improved keyword rankings, and organic traffic growth.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 3+ years of proven experience in developing and executing advanced SEO strategies that drive measurable growth in organic visibility and conversions.

  • Expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page SEO, including strategic backlink building and outreach campaigns.

  • Strong command of SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4 for comprehensive site auditing, keyword research, and performance tracking.

  • Skilled in identifying and resolving technical site issues (indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and internal linking).

  • Deep understanding of current SEO and content trends, including visibility in AI Overviews, SGE, and LLM-based search ecosystems.

  • Experience building data-driven SEO roadmaps, collaborating with content, design, and development teams to achieve measurable ranking improvements.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with experience creating SEO reports and insights for stakeholders.

  • SEO certifications (Google, HubSpot, or Semrush Academy) strongly preferred.
