ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
Apps Do Wonders is an innovative tech start-up focused on developing cutting-edge applications to enhance productivity and efficiency. We have developed two products – ChatGPT for Excel and ChatGPT for PowerPoint, both of which are in the top 10 Microsoft add-ins on the marketplace.We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with engineering teams, writing epics and user stories, and leading agile ceremonies. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality features that meet our business goals.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and prioritize the backlog.

Write detailed epics and user stories that clearly articulate the product vision and acceptance criteria.

Act as the Scrum Master, facilitating sprint ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Perform QA of features during the sprint to ensure they meet the defined acceptance criteria and maintain high standards of quality.

Continuously engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product features.

Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Monitor and report on the progress of sprints, ensuring transparency and communication across the team.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.

Language: Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Technical Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Agile Practices: Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working as a Scrum Master.

Product Management: Proficiency in writing clear and concise epics and user stories.

Quality Assurance: Experience in performing QA of features during development to ensure they meet acceptance criteria.

Leadership: Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to run effective sprint ceremonies.

Work Schedule: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Tashkent time)
Location: On-site at our office in IT Park, Tashkent, Uzbekistan
