ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
Our client is a US-based company operating in the logistics industry. They are developing an innovative Transportation Management Software designed to optimize operations across the entire freight network. We are a fast-growing technology company building modern, scalable solutions for our customers. Our teams operate in an Agile environment, emphasize transparency, and empower product owners to make high-impact decisions.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Lead and actively participate in all Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).

Create, refine, and maintain user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure engineering always has clear and actionable tasks.

Work daily with front-end and back-end developers to clarify requirements, unblock issues, and ensure alignment.

Review the product increment before each release, validate functionality, and ensure quality.

Perform post-release evaluation to assess impact, identify issues, and plan improvements.

Communicate roadmap, priorities, and expectations to internal stakeholders.

Ensure the team follows the Scrum framework, Agile best practices, and product development lifecycle.

Work closely with design, QA, and engineering to deliver high-quality features on time.

Track sprint progress, manage scope changes, and ensure smooth release cycles.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

1+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar product role.

Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum frameworks and hands-on experience running ceremonies.

Ability to write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.

Experience working directly with engineering teams.

Knowledge of JIRA (workflows, boards, backlog management).

Understanding of front-end and back-end development concepts (not coding, but how systems work).

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical tasks.

Experience working in fast-paced product teams, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS?

Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA).

UX/UI understanding to provide structured feedback to design.

Prior experience in a startup or distributed engineering environment.

Product certification (PSPO, CSPO, etc.).
