We’re growing fast and looking for a Product Owner Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to world-class product development.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Assist the Product Owner in preparing technical tasks for the development team

Organize and document user feedback for further action

Collaborate actively with developers, designers, and stakeholders

Maintain product documentation and contribute to structured workflows
-
Support in preparing reports and presentations

Help with product research and basic analytics
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Russian and English proficiency (B2 or higher — confident speaking & writing)
-
Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint
-
Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to stay focused and manage multiple tasks

Team player with a positive, proactive approach
ARE THERE ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS?
Familiarity with:

Figma (basic editing and commenting)

Jira (task creation & tracking)

Miro (flows, diagrams)

Confluence or similar documentation tools

Basic understanding of UX/UI principles

Prior collaboration experience with developers or tech teams
