ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
As a Customer Support / Product Manager Assistant at Apps Do Wonders, you’ll be the frontline voice for our users while learning the fundamentals of product management. You’ll provide email-based support, bridge communication between customers and our development team, and contribute to product strategy and improvement initiatives.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Respond to customer inquiries via email with professionalism and clarity

Document and communicate customer issues to the development team and collaborate on resolutions

Maintain and continuously improve product documentation based on user feedback

Analyze and enhance our AI support agent’s responses to improve customer experience

Support the Product Manager with various tasks including writing user stories, conducting research, and performing data analytics
