Our client is building an AI-powered platform that enables educators, coaches, authors, and entrepreneurs to create and monetize digital content—courses, eBooks, audiobooks, and guides—in under 60 seconds. With over 10,000 users and more than 50,000 courses created, the mission is to revolutionize digital education by making content creation fast, intuitive, and accessible. As an early-stage company, the team is laser-focused on bringing their initial product to market.

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you’ll be instrumental in building and refining their core product. You’ll collaborate closely with the founding team to develop scalable, user-friendly features that enhance their AI-driven content creation platform.
This role demands adaptability, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic startup environment.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Translate ambiguous requirements into actionable development tasks, seeking clarification as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Participate in code reviews and sprint ceremonies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose improvements.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 7–10 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js).
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS?

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI/ML integrations.
  • Familiarity with content creation platforms or e-learning tools.
  • Background in UX/UI design principles.
