ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
Apps Do Wonders is an innovative tech start-up focused on developing cutting-edge applications to enhance productivity and efficiency. We have developed two products – ChatGPT for Excel and ChatGPT for PowerPoint, both of which are in the top 10 Microsoft add-ins on the marketplace.
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our SEO efforts. This role will focus on improving our search engine rankings, driving organic traffic, and increasing our website’s conversion rates. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with backlink building, directory submissions, guest posting, and leveraging partnerships to obtain high-quality backlinks.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
· Local & On-Page SEO: Optimize content, metadata, site structure, and internal linking to boost rankings for targeted keywords.
· Backlink Building: Identify and acquire high-quality backlinks through guest posts, partnerships, directory submissions, and other white-hat methods.
· Content Collaboration: Coordinate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly articles and guest posts.
· Directory Submissions: Identify relevant directories and ensure consistent and accurate business listings.
· Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors’ SEO strategies using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
· Technical SEO Support: Identify and troubleshoot technical SEO issues (crawl errors, site speed, mobile optimization, etc.).
· Performance Tracking: Track, measure, and report on key SEO metrics including SERP position, organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rate.
· Strategy Development: Continuously improve SEO strategy based on data-driven insights and evolving best practices.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
· 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).
· Proven track record of successful backlink acquisition and keyword ranking improvements.
· Strong experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
· Understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
· Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Working hours: from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Tashkent time
