WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • You will be owning a whole product line (Payroll, Premium Add-Ons, Partner Platform etc.).

  • Leading zero-to-one product development including product scoping, designing, engineering implementation, operational workflow set-up and go-to-market.

  • Define and execute product strategy, scope features, design solutions, operationalise delivery, and work cross-functionally to ensure we ship smarter and faster, while being accountable for both growth and quality outcomes.

  • Manage a team of engineers and collaborate with designers and other stakeholders.

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and shape world-class product experiences.

  • Present product plans and progress to the leadership team, ensuring visibility and alignment.

  • Working with the rest of the product team to set up best product management practices and processes.

  • Mentor future product owners to foster talent and leadership within the organisation.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Product leader with at least 7+ years of total professional experience, including 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager.

  • Previous experience at a high-growth tech startup, or as a tech entrepreneur, ideally having built or scaled a product to at least the seed stage.

  • Strong grasp of product management processes and comfortable owning initiatives from conception to launch.

  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with a strong ability to problem-solve.

  • Fundamental understanding of what defines exceptional UX and how it impacts customer experience.

  • Bias toward action and delivering results.

  • Taking ownership by identifying problems, devising solutions, and acting on them — even outside of direct scope of responsibility.

  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across Customer Experience, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
